This restructuring is insane. But if GM and Chrysler go under, wouldn't Ford get a boost...So some go down and others gain....A normal economy...Some GM workers would get layed off but some would get hired by Ford....Makes sense..

Yes, you've got a point....but nobody really likes Ford. Plus the consumers will be spread out over Ford, Hyundai, Audi, Nissan, Volkswagon...and thats the extent of my knowledge in cars.
